For most of my life, I've been busy taking care of my problem-prone skin. Alas, it is influenced by too many factors, and one of the most significant is stress. Which, as you understand, can never be completely excluded from life. And now, after another surge of small and large skin problems, I received a newsletter from La Roche-Posay with the Effaclar series for problem skin. I started using (and now this is, one might say, my main care so far) with three products: La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel, La Roche-Posay Effaclar, cream-gel for the face La Roche Posay Effaclar DUO[+]. 
I'll start with La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel. This is a very gentle gel that lathers well, but the foam is not very fluffy. However, it is quite suitable for high-quality washing, especially since it turns out to be quite dense. What I definitely like is that after the gel the skin does not feel dry and tight.
Compound: 
Lotion for narrowing the pores and exfoliating effect of La Roche-Posay Effaclar. I have a lot of questions about this lotion. It has alcohol in its composition and it immediately alerted me. On the other hand, at the moment when I started using this series, I just needed some kind of powerful tool. I heard advice from a beautician that in order for the alcohol lotion to turn out to be not so aggressive for the skin, it would be good to cover it with a tonic that does not contain alcohol. I confess that I do not always do this, because it seems to me that this lotion and cream from the Effaclar series, which will be discussed below, work well together when no third-party cosmetics are added to their duo. In general, I have good impressions about the lotion: it works great with problem skin, exfoliates gently (does not cause peeling “to tatters”).
Compound: 
To complete my skincare routine, I now use La Roche Posay Effaclar DUO[+] Facial Cream-Gel. It is advertised as a moisturizer. But alas, just moisturizing is not enough for me. Other than that, I am very pleased with this cream. Firstly, the matting effect remains for a very long time. You know what happens after some matting products: you first get perfect skin and then all of a sudden the glands start to work even harder, and after a couple of hours your face seems to be covered with oil. With La Roche Posay Effaclar DUO[+], this never happened to me at all. Well, in general, I liked his action. The complexion became more uniform, spots from pimples brightened. Irregularities of various kinds became less. In general, everything is fine, but dry ...

Generalization: I liked the products very much. The products were tested on problematic skin prone to dryness, but after application, the skin did not feel dry, on the contrary, more moisturized. By and large, any one product, either gel or myceral water, may well be enough for cleansing. In this case, both remedies were used alternately, and were used together twice a week for a deeper cleansing. But here everyone will choose for himself, depending on the condition of the skin. A very big plus for the cost-effectiveness of funds - the funds have been used since the end of January and have not yet run out, so we can safely say that it is enough for 2-3 months. The cream, of course, can end faster.

This friend came in a set with a gel as an introductory product. Was originally packaged in cardboard box, the tube is plastic, the lid is unscrewed. The dispenser is convenient, the product allocates as much as needed. Volume 15 ml. 
The consistency is creamy-gel, holds its shape, absorbs in 5-10 seconds. Suitable for use as a make-up base.

What I noticed after 3 months of use. The cream perfectly moisturizes the skin, the action lasts throughout the day, it is an excellent base for make-up, the tonal does not roll, it lasts all day. Imperfections really reduce, acne did not appear when using the cream. I can’t say what reduces the production of sebum, the skin still became oily within 4-5 hours after applying the cream. But, in any case, it has more pluses than minuses, therefore, I will buy a full-size product.

Oily skin has always been a torment for me, especially in the summer. That is why I set off in search of a remedy that would ease my suffering.
So I found a tonic in a very convenient format.
Packed in an iron tube with a spray, which with one click is able to "irrigate" the entire face. Volume 150 ml. 
The spray is designed to mattify the skin, the manufacturer advises to apply it after using a cleanser and before applying a moisturizer. My scheme is this: gel-tonic-cream. Avoid contact with eyes.

Transparent gel has a characteristic gel structure, not very liquid, but not thick, has a pleasant unobtrusive smell. It foams well, is spent sparingly (for one wash, a drop of gel, the size of a pea, is enough). Does not cause irritation, does not sting the eyes.
Compound:
As expected, the product fits me 100%. Perfectly cleanses the skin, slightly soothes redness. It does not wash to the point of squeaking, but the feeling of cleanliness is obvious) If you do not use a tonic, then a slight tightness of the skin is felt. I can’t say that it had a fabulous effect on my problem skin, but it copes with its tasks perfectly, and it doesn’t make it worse, which is also important.

I have a habit of buying several care products from the same range. Choosing a makeup remover, I also decided to purchase La Roche-Posay. I chose between micellar water for oily and problematic skin and milk for removing makeup. I thought and thought, and decided to take a micellar. Based on the considerations that it is summer in the yard, the milk will be heavy, and I have been looking at micellar waters for a long time. In addition, they promised an antibacterial effect, non-comedogenicity, etc.
The product is a clear liquid with a slight pharmaceutical odor.
Compound:
I don't know why, but some products my skin does not accept. In the sense that here in general. I can’t say that this is an allergy (my allergy looks different), it’s just that the skin begins to react with violent rashes, huge red pimples, etc. At the same time, the funds are completely different, different brands and price categories. Often I had such a reaction to creams, but here I was so unlucky with this water.
To be honest, I didn't think at all that the rashes were related to the use of this water. She removes makeup really well, probably, you don’t even have to wash your face after it (although I personally haven’t tried it, I’m used to washing with gel after removing makeup). But here's the reaction of the skin ... This is something terrible! For two weeks I could not figure out why such a disgrace is happening. She canceled absolutely all suspicious means, and only at the very end she reached the water. Total, 2 weeks of use + 3 weeks of waste. That's the kind of sadness I had with my first micellar. I think that I will not decide on such a purchase for a long time, I will use the usual milk.

Even before buying the ever-memorable micellar water, I got acquainted with this wonderful lotion. Probably every girl with oily / combination skin knows what enlarged pores are. And, of course, everyone wants to hide/narrow them as much as possible. And I am no exception. Therefore, when I saw wei lotion, I immediately purchased it. Of course, the product is a little ambiguous in terms of composition, because it contains alcohol, which may not be suitable / disliked by many. I have no prejudice against alcohol, and the skin has nothing against it. Rather, on the contrary, in a small concentration it has a very beneficial effect on it.
The lotion is also a clear water with a slight pharmacy smell, we can barely catch the smell of alcohol.

Of course, I really, really liked the lotion. Well refreshes and tones the skin, dries and disinfects inflammation and redness. Over time, the pores become visually smaller. Of course, I will not say that the pores narrowed right before our eyes and remained the same. There is no such thing, but in general, the skin after using the lotion becomes better. The rashes have slightly decreased, and they pass faster with it. I used it for 2 months until it ran out, and then switched to the summer version - a physiological tonic, which will be discussed below (after all, it is better not to use acids in the summer). But I am sure that starting in the autumn I will return to it.

That, in fact, is the whole opinion. A solid tonic without any additional pluses. Claimed to be soothing for sensitive skin, but I personally did not notice this effect.

And finally, about some water) Probably everyone has heard about it. And many even actively use. Frankly, there is no urgent need for this little thing, but as an aid, it is very good.

Immediately I want to note a very convenient sprayer, the droplets are small, small, cover the face, like a cloud of fog. I love this feeling, especially when it's +30 outside) I use this thermal water for several purposes. Firstly, it is moisturizing after using the cream. Almost all creams, especially moisturizers, contain glycerin, which, at low air humidity, sucks moisture out of the deep layers of the skin, which, of course, does not benefit it. Therefore, in order for glycerin to have a place to take it, after applying the cream, I sprinkle my face with water.
I also fix makeup with it (after applying foundation powder, veils, etc., but before using mascara). Sometimes, if I fall down and I'm too lazy to use the tonic, then I use it instead. And, of course, as moisturizing in the hot season, it is very invigorating)

- ZINC PCA - auxiliary ingredient of synthetic origin from zinc. In preparations for cleansing, it is used to dissolve sebum, in creams it has “rejuvenating” properties, as it inhibits the work of the collagenase enzyme, which destroys collagen fibers. It is one of the best cosmetic ingredients.
- LINOLEIC ACID-linoleic acid (omega 6). Contained in corn, linseed, sunflower, soybean oils. One of the essential fatty acids that enter the body with food. Restores the skin barrier, prevents the appearance of dry skin.
- PENTAERYTHRITYL TETRA-DI-T-BUTYL HYDROXYHYDROCINNAMATE, CAPRYLOYL GLYCINE, CAPRYLOYL SALICYLIC ACID, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL — emollient, emulsion thickener and emulsifier; solvent and surfactant; ether salicylic acid- improves skin condition.

- CYCLOHEXASILOXANE- silicone, see above.
- ISONONYL ISONONANOATE -refers to emollients. obtained from lavender or cocoa butter. Softens the skin.
- PROPYLENE GLYCOL - oil refining product, naturally, well refined. It is used as a good solvent that binds together fat- and water-soluble substances, promotes the formation of a homogeneous emulsion. It has a unique ability to draw out useful extracts from plants, saturating the product with useful components. It attracts and holds water around itself, so it is an excellent moisturizer. Non-toxic to the skin, in skin patch tests with 100% propylene glycol, only 3 out of 16 healthy people experienced mild skin irritation. It has bactericidal properties, protects cosmetics from spoilage. Serves as an enhancer, that is, a conductor of the active ingredients of cosmetics into the deeper layers of the skin.
- ISOHEXADECANE- used as a solvent in cleaning products, emulsifier and emulsion thickener. Not toxic to the skin.
- NIACINAMIDE - see above.
- PEG-100 STEARATErefers to a wide group of polyethylene glycols used to thicken the emulsion to improve the penetration of other active ingredients of the cream.
- GLYCERYL STEARATE - emulsifier, after its use the skin becomes smooth to the touch.
- CETYL ALCOHOL-fatty alcohol, can be obtained both synthetically and from coconut oil. Emollient, stabilizer and thickener of emulsions, promotes deeper penetration of other active ingredients of the cream. Does not irritate the skin, is considered a good ingredient for the skin.
- MAGNESIUM ALUMINUM SILICATE -powder, used as an emulsion thickener. "Good" ingredient.
- CARBOMER-synthetic component, used to stabilize the emulsion and to obtain transparent gels. Creates a non-sticky film on the surface of the skin, prevents the evaporation of water. Doesn't interact with skin at all. Not toxic.

Conclusion:
Unfortunately, I cannot agree with by La Roche-Posay that this drug will actively inhibit the growth of microflora and remove post-acne.
The concentration of antiseptic ingredients is again very low, however, added chlorhexidine , but this drug can be easily bought at a pharmacy and used as a lotion and topical remedy with rashes - and much cheaper and more effective.
Salicylic acid , which could affect post-acne, the size of the sebaceous gland and the level of sebum secretion, is again in very low concentration and therefore not effective.
There are no ingredients “harmful” to the skin, so I cannot rate the drug “bad”, but in terms of effectiveness for oily problematic skin- very, very "average".

CORRECTING CREAM-GEL THAT PREVENTS CLOCKED PORES AND PREVENTS THE APPEARANCE OF POST-ACNE TRACES.

Conclusion:
The composition of this tool is very similar to the composition Corrective cream-gel that eliminates clogged pores Effaclar Duo La Roche Posay, I see no reason to analyze each ingredient in detail.
The main action is softening the skin, smoothing the skin surface due to silicones, improving skin color. There is a slight disinfectant and anti-inflammatory effect.
Rating - good (as moisturizing oily skin).
